To independently execute brand communication plan & programs to support marketing strategy & OGSM
To support e-retail communication
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1/E-commerce plan and execution:
Support marketing strategy mix for the e-store
Work together with e-commerce department to execute e-commerce annual plan which need to well to be well balanced between traditional store and e-commerce
2/digital and social media planning and execution
Lead digital campaign through integrated platforms including social media, online media, website and SEM
Execute interactive social media marketing strategy and implementation plan , and provide requirements and insights by working closely with brand team, social media agency, CRM team and son on
Work with agency to manage social media content and day-to-day activities
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of digital and social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
Monitor trends in digital and social media tools, trends and applications
Work with third party agency to renovate and maintain website based on campaign need
Building internal intelligence through checking and providing monthly media update report including competitive review. Generate and contribute more insights and ideas to marketing team.
Provide marketing support to e commerce on virtual store build up, maintenance and marketing promotions.
Experience & Qualifications:
At least 5 years' digital or social media experience in a multinational professional services firm, digital/social media agency
Logical thinking with good data sense
University degree
Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, a strong team player
Have interest or be willing to attempt and explore new media opportunity.
With e-retail experience preferred.
Competences:
Good communication skill and presentation skill
Good sense of copy
Fluent MS-office user
Multi-task management skill
Budget control & tracking system building capability
Moderate command of English
