Job Responsibilities
?Develop cost plan for development projects
?Preparation of cashflow projectimes for finance department's cashflow management. Perform cost control to the approved budget such as change management.
?Review the design and use of material for effective cost cotrol. Manage the entre tendering and procurement process and subsequent contract administration.
?Manage the changes or VO throughout the development process to control cost according to internal and international best 制practices.
?Review, keep track and recommand the payments for vendors & contractors.
?Prepare for and finalize the Final Accounts for contracts
?Manage the cost consultant for the performance of the above works.

工作范围
负责项目公司在合约-机电领域的事务，
制定工程项目造价的开发成本计划；完成现金流量图，以便财务部的现金流管理;
在审批的预算额度内完成成本控制，例：变化管理过程中的成本控制；
审查原材料的设计和实际使用过程情况，有效控制成本；结合公司内部、业内国际上最佳经验实践，管理工程实施过程中的成本控制；
负责项目机电的招标，采购流程及接续的合同监督管理工作；
审查，跟踪供应商、承包商的情况，建议付款安排进度；
与造价顾问公司协调与沟通；

Requirements
?Degree or higher qualification in M&E Quantity Survery or Project Cost or others or its equivalent
?Minimum 5 years of M & E QS or cost management working experience
?Knowledge of English language (written and/or spoken) would be beneficial, Mature and independent, but must be a team worker.
?Good inter-personal and communication skill.
?Willing to make frequent travels.
?Willing and prepared to be stationed in other cities for a certain period. Cost-conscious
