Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Establish Bill of Process (BoP) and Bill of Equipment (BoE) standards
+ Close Communication with Project and Design Engineers on BoP and BoE requirements
+ Consult with teams to provide design-for-manufacturability inputs on new product design concepts
+ Work with Assembly Project Engineers or Managers on Assembly Purchase specification for quotation
+ Participate in Assembly Design review with Engineering, Operation and Quality Engineering
+ Participate in FMEA to ensure Assembly Manufacturing process is failed-safe
+ Maintain project documentation including timelines, action item status reports, inspection reports and tool approval forms . Maintain documentation to convey standard
+ Support sample building in NPI
+ Track initial production performance metrics such as actual manufacturing costs, tooling efficiencies and quality measures.
+ Resolve problems as needed to address customer needs and manufacturing needs
+ Introduce New Electrical Technology or Technique to improve overall Assembly Operation’s efficiency and productivity. Lead manufacturing process improvements and innovations using new technologies.
+ Monitor and document continuous improvement opportunities
+ Constantly look-out for opportunities to re-engineer obsolete parts and machine for new application
Requirements:
+ Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Automation Engineering
+ 3 years experience w/automated machines and electrical design
+ Good knowledge in design of Automated Assembly Machine
+ Experience specifying, programming, & trouble shooting Servo Controls and electrical troubleshooting .
+ Familiar with Vision Inspection (Keyence/Cognex), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion control devices
+ Experience for Robot programming
+ Excellent problem solving technique
+ Good Project Management skill
+ Effective in report writing
+ Able to prepare and present Technical knowledge in group setting
+ Good understanding on how a process capability study is conducted and able to interpret results
+ Ability to create electrical drawing packages and Electrical components selection
+ English (written and oral).
