_{^{工作职责：}}

1、认真做好设备的维修和保养工作，定期检查。做到勤看、勤听、勤维护。

Maintenance of equipment need to be done well with the related record.

2、设备出现问题及时修理，及时排除故障。遵守设备维修标准操作程序，把维修工作搞好，保证设备的正常运转。

Repairing the problem of equipment found. In accordance to equipment maintenance standard operation grogram, improving maintenance ensure normal running of equipment.

3、维修期间，与中控室协调好，关闭维修设备安全开关，以防在维修期间误开设备。

During maintenance, mechanician need to cooperate with the people of control room cutting off the safety switch.

4、设备检修要做好记录（包括故障原因、时间、地点、所用配件型号、数量及操作人员等），如属于大修必须纳入设备档案。

Repairing need to be recorded, including cause, time, position, accessory model, quantity and operator and so on. Overhauling must file.

5、配备必要的维修工具，使用完及时回收保管。及时做好备品备件的领用登记。每月参加对备件库存的盘点。

It is necessary to prepare the maintaining tools and reclaim them. Register of spare part needs to be done well.

6、动火作业必须开《动火许可证》，并遵守动火作业安全操作规程，强化安全意识，现场电焊及气割，必须提前配备灭火安全措施，生产期间有粉尘时，禁止电焊及气割。

Fire work must have <fire permit> as well as complying with fire work safety operation specification. Electric welding and gas cutting must be under the security condition.

7、保持本人所负责的卫生区域的清洁卫生。

Keep the area of individual clean.

8、认真完成主管交付的其他临时性工作。

Completing the temporary work delivered by director.

任职资格：

1、Training : BTS, Mechanics

2、Background :at least 2 years in maintenance with management;

3、Knowledge : good technical skills in mechanical field ;

4、Qualities required : reactivity, sense of client service, rigour, Basic spoken english.
