Responsibilities:

·Monitoring process performance to determine whether or not the process is operating per established technical standards.

·Developing and implementing an action plan to resolve the situation to bring the process back into standard operation.;

·Maintaining appropriate program to ensure the process is monitored, troubleshoot and managed properly.

·Needs to act as process improvement project manager from time to time.

·Handles process improvements, productivity increases, cost reductions and other manufacturing improvements.

·Can contribute well to the analysis and resolution of operating problems as well as provide valuable advice and coaching/mentoring to operating staff.

·Actively involved in establishing plant priorities for maintenance work, mechanical integrity program.

Qualifications and Abilities:

·Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering or related;

·Plus 5 years of experiences in chemical process or operation engineering of an Foreign owned chemical industrial;

·Ability to work within multicultural and international environment, strong problem judging, solving capability and team work.

·Be good at in solving process or operation problems in the plant; good planner and organizer;

·Good written and oral English communication capability.
