岗位职责：
1.根据公司战略目标及策略，与相关人员共同确定本部门的销售目标及计划；
2.按照计划分配任务，并对下属的工作计划进行审定；
3.制定、实施和优化销售流程；
4.建设与管理销售团队，准确传递策略，并监督执行；
5.建立与发展外部客户关系，沟通协调客户公关；
6.协调内部各相关部门关系，积极处理相关部门的改进建议并反馈。
任职要求：
1.3年以上销售工作经验, 有快消品行业经验者优先；
2.对企业客户比较熟悉，有一定的客户资源；
3.具有敏锐的市场分析和判断能力，优秀的项目协调和商务谈判技巧；
4. 能适应出差
