Position Title Customs Lead 关务主管

Reports To Title Director of Finance
Principal Accountabilities:
-Demonstrate an understanding of China import/export declaration procedures and maintain customs handbooks under normal circumstances.
-了解中国进出口申报程序，在通常情况下维护关税手册。
-Understand the current regulatory environment and assist companies to understand how to operate compliantly and effectively.
-了解当前的管理环境，辅助公司按相关要求高效地运营。
-Develop a system to control the accuracy of Customs declaration, BOMs declaration and Handbook Management.
-研发系统以控制关税申报，物料清单申报以及手册管理的有效性。
-Improve the procedures according to the Customs’ requirements.
-根据海关要求改进程序。
-Reconciliation between physical inventory with the records in Customs handbooks monthly.
-每月调整实际库存量，使之与海关手册中的记录相一致。
-Conduct all internal and external Customs Compliance audits.
-进行所有的内部以及外部海关合规审计。
-Match the import and export declaration sheets with the data in Forex Management Bureau.
-调整进口以及出口申报表，使之符合外汇管理局的数据。
-Maintain a good relationship of related Customs departments.
-与相关的关税部门保持良好关系。
-Responsible for supervising and monitoring the daily operation of the shipping function;
-负责监督运输工作的日常运营。
-Logistics cost estimation, negotiation and control and weekly & monthly shipping metrics to review , forwarder performance assessment;
-物流成本估算，协调以及控制，审查每周及每月的运输度量标准以及代运人表现评估。
-Develop new shipping vendors and manage vendor’s performance;
-开发新的运输商，管理运输商的业绩。
-Explore new insights to streamline the shipping operation process.
-提出新的观点，优化运输操作过程。
Qualifications:
-University degree or above, preferably with an advanced degree in international trade or law.
-本科或以上学历，具有国际贸易或法律方面高等教育背景的优先。
-Minimum of 10 years of customs and trade experience in China.
-至少5年在中国关税和贸易方面的相关经验。
-Broad exposure to international trade issues but deep experience preferred.
-具有国际贸易问题方面的广泛知识，具有资深经验的优先考虑。
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
-具备在快节奏，专业服务环境下工作的能力
-spoken and written English
