职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历
2、具备良好的英文书写能力
3. 在商业地产开发、市场调研和分析等方面有3年以上工作经验
4. 熟悉商业地产的相关法规
5. 能够适应出差，沟通能力强，团队合作意识佳。

工作职责：
1) 对于所属辖区进行市场调研，拟定可开发商圈规划图；
2) 拟定年度开发策略，并根据市政规划发展进行商圈更新、寻找出更多新的潜力商圈；
3) 对所选网点的商圈进行调查研究及结果分析；
4) 协助地产代表完成新址报批工作；
5) 进行新店开业前的数据收集，新址人流量测定，现有餐厅人流量复测；
6)进行新店开业后的相关数据获取及分析，竞争对手及相关行业的数据收集及分析。
