Accountabilities:主要职责
- Interface with overseas design team during new product development to identify new
processes, material, methods, measurements, manning needs, and machines.
- 在新产品开发过程中，与国外设计团队沟通，发现新流程，材料，方法，测量法，人员配备需要以及机械。
- Cost benefits to customer with regards to materials, methods, measurements, manning, and machines.
- 在材料，方法，测量法，人员配备以及机械方面向客户提供成本效益。
- Weekly presentation during BPT meetings of lead times, process and production support, and target implementation date.
- 在BPT会议上，作关于交货时间，流程，生产支持以及计划实施日期的每周报告。
- Liaison with factory process engineering team to outline any needed DOE’s, OFAT, Process flow, Pilot runs, and establish critical input key measures for new development product and or processes.
- 与工厂工艺工程团队合作，提出所需的DOE，OFAT,工艺流程，初步操作实验，并确定新开发产品和/或流程的关键性投入的主要措施。
- Responsible for Bill of Material creation and accuracy with regards to raw materials and usage. Must maintain a 98.00% accuracy rate based on costs.
- 创建物料清单，确保原材料及其使用的准确性。以成本为依据，必须确保98.00%的准确率。
- Work with Process and Production Team to Drive Product Cost Savings initiatives
- 与工艺和生产团队合作，推动产品成本节约。
- Responsible for first article from cradle to full acceptance and approval by Process engineering, Production, and end customer. This includes all data collection, postings, and analysis of production capabilities.
- 负责第一件产品从开始到最终的全部过程，直到产品被工艺工程，生产以及最终客户完全接受和批准。包括全部的数据收集，记账以及生产能力分析。
- Data Analysis, Daily Production Measurement, writing of Standard Operation Procedures
- 数据分析，每日生产测量，创建标准运营程序
- Perform Product audits
- 进行产品审计
- Point of contact for communication between internal and external customers regarding design and process related issues.
- 就设计和流程的相关问题沟通国内外客户
- Supports customers during factory visits and presents customers needs and requirements for review.
- 在参观工厂时支持客户，提供客户需要和要求以供审查。
- Participate in Best Practice Teams
- 作为团队成员，参与最佳方案的实施。
- Utilize implementation plans to drive and report on project status
- 运用实施计划，以推动并汇报项目进程

Qualifications:职位要求
- University Engineering degree
- 本科以上学历，工科专业，机械或模具设计专业优先
- 1-2 years of Design / Development Engineering
- 1至2年的设计或新结构设计经验，对注塑/冲压模具或工程塑胶有一定了解
- English communication skills – writing and speaking
- 良好的英语写作和口语能力
- Familiar with Pro E, Solid Works, Auto CAD, Statistics and SPC
- 熟悉Pro E，Auto CAD，统计以及统计过程控制方面的相关知识
- Excellent analytical skill on design, production and engineering trouble shooting
