Responsibilities:
- Wiring Device market size study by segment, category, channel, area etc.对开关插座市场的市场细分，渠道，种类等详细进行调研。
- Market trend & government strategy study. 市场趋势和政府策略的研究。
- Competitor offer analyze & update.竞争对手产品分析。
- Product road-map; new product proposal & approve. 开关插座产品规划，新产品开发建议，销售趋势预测。
- Budget update by product line. 产品信息更新。
- Innovation (idea collection; concept build; sample build; check by market; decide to launch it or not).改革创新（创意搜集，建模; 市场定位调研）。
- Project define & specification input to R&D team.输入给研发部门产品开发建议和详细规格书。
- Work with R&D team from Italian; France; China. 配合全球研发中心（欧洲，中国）进行项目跟进。
- Pricing negotiation.参与产品定价讨论。
- Trial installation & report.新产品试安装及汇报。
- Communication tools & launch events support. 上下游部门的沟通以及跟进。
- Review the turnover, quality issue, feedback to R&D team.上市后质量、产品规格等问题跟进，并和研发共同推进改善。
- Report of China market to Group market team.向集团汇报中国市场情况和趋势。
- Work together for business plan.向集团汇报产品线业务计划。
- Report the status of running project & business.新项目的集团审批材料准备和汇报。
- Support of communication tools. 外联工具的输入，校对审核。
- Support of exhibition or other communication event (sample prepare; installation; presentation).外联工具的输入，校对审核
- Answer the question of product, explain technical trend ; help to find technical document ,certification document etc.回复销售和技术支持团队产品技术问题和其它支持工作
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Engineering/ Product related major.
- 5 years above in related industry.
- Working knowledge level in English.
- Hands on project experience in R&D and Product planning.
- Aggressive in execution, vision and result oriented and good analytic and communication skill.
