Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Collect the technical specifications and requirements from internal and customer side, create internal specifications and reports by his own
+ After initial job training, be able to solve technical product issues by himself and guide the customer and involved internal departments during the concept phase of a new project. Be able to react on design changes and creates first technical conceptions by himself
+ Create 2D-drawings and 3D-models in the CAD-system and be responsible for the documentation and change management, coming from internal and external side. The design and calculation of new products and parts had to be done by his own, also the creating of first technical concepts
+ Be in the position to discuss product changes and technical issues with external suppliers as well as with internal departments
+ Give assistance in product development to internal and external suppliers and customers
+ Develop relationships to the corresponding contacts in the development departments of our customers
+ Being contact person for technical questions regarding design and calculation and coordinate these activities internally
+ Performance or Organization of the following: Detailed design studies, product specifications, simulation and calculation
+ Align activities with the supervisor and with colleagues in the headquarter
+ Project Management with the customer specific APQP needs
Requirements:
+ University Degree with an engineering specialization
+ Technical background with a strong understanding of mechanical OR automotive engineering
+ Experience in design of mechanical or hydraulic systems
+ At least two year experience
+ Preferably experience with designing steering systems
+ Knowledge in steering, braking, chassis or engine system in automotive industry or other relevant mechanical and hydraulic applications
+ Knowledge of automotive customer standards and requirements
+ At least two years experience with 3D design system Pro/E
+ Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembling technologies
+ Basic knowledge of design requirements for products made of steel, aluminum and plastic materials
+ Basic knowledge of documentation process
+ Experience with design related PPAP documentation
+ Basic APQP knowledge, design and process FMEA
+ Well structured, organized, efficient and accurate working method
+ Strong oral and written communication skills for reports and internal and external interaction
+ Ability to think outside the box and to apply a healthy common sense to the design and documentation process
+ Be able to work in a team
+ Hands-on mentality
+ Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
