Major Responsibilities:

-Support application engineers in technical project management, including updating the timing plan, open issue lists, team rosters and other project management tools.

-Maintain a master project list with weekly updates to have a consolidate view across the entire electronics engineering in China from resource, budget, timing and program status perspective.

-Ensure the engineering hours from individual engineer logged in the time log system accurately and timely.

-Ensure the engineering programs and the product development according to the corporate development processes.

-Act as a channel and link to finance department to provide the supporting data for in-time and accurate invoicing to various manufacturing locations which receive the electronics engineering services.

-Complete gap analysis together with different functional managers to identify yearly capability improvement matrix as the input to HR for training planning.

-Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned on an ad hoc basis by the Chief Engineer.

Requirements:

- Basic Finance is required.

- Budget Development and department finance tracking and reporting monthly.

- Work with the central finance department to complete purchase requisition tracking.

- Fluent in English and Chinese

- Be able to audit expense reports and help in approval process

- Work with Global team to generate monthly budget tracking and budget reports to the plants

- Fluent in using Microsoft Excel
