The incumbent reports to Assistant Manager, he/she will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support customers to develop local demand creation business.

Responsibilities
1. Acquire product application materials and propose design solutions
2. Work with customer's engineers and supplier to maximize local develop biz
3. To ensure continuous design win cycle for specific applications
4. Manage projects and focus on proprietary parts design activities
5. Provide field application in support of customers on our lines
6. Prepare suitable products documents to support customer design requirements
7. Comply and submit statistic or periodic reports as required by company and suppliers
8. Maximize New Business Opportunities and increase design win ratio with Field Sales

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering.
2. Application engineering or developing engineering experience in semiconductor is necessary, the experience in analog or MCU application is welcome.
3. Good in English
4. Proficient computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Work passion and bond with team
7. Service oriented, aggressive, detail oriented, self-motivated and adapt to change
