岗位描述：

1、公司日常行政、人事工作的开展；

2、管理劳动合同、劳动关系、员工信息资料及各类人事档案资料；

3、 完成办公资产、办公用品与杂物的采购、维护和管理，统计行政费用的使用情况；

4、负责人力资源管理六大模块的执行；

5、起草、传达行政通知、相关文件或备忘录，协助组织公司各种活动和会议；

6、 协助部门会议、文化活动的组织；会前准备、会中服务等具体工作。

任职要求：

1、人力资源、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业大专以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验；

2、熟悉人力资源招聘、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程；

3、具有较强的语言表达能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，有亲和力，较强的责任感与敬业精神、有团队协作精神，待人热诚；

4、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力；

5、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，良好的沟通、协调能力；

6、逻辑思维强，做事有条理，能较快学习并接受新知识新事物。
