Position Title Material Handler / IQC Technician 原材料管理员/来料检验技术员

Reports To Title Supervisor Raw Material WHS & IQC 原材料仓库&IQC主管
Position Purpose
本岗位主要目的是对公司所有来料进行有效的检验，确保所有来料符合公司对来料的质量要求
This position is to oversee all incoming materials from suppliers and ensure compliance with all company quality requirements.
Accountabilities:主要职责
1. 根据订购单和货运票据，接收并检查来料，确保来料的完整性，保证来料符合公司的质量标准；
Receives, inspects and verifies completeness of incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping papers; ensure incoming materials meet the company’s quality standards.
2. 发现并推荐质量系统的改进方案；
Identify and recommend continual improvement opportunities for quality systems.
3. 指导和监督来料检验的日常工作，保证来料检验工作正常、有效的进行；
IQC guidance and supervision of daily work to ensure that incoming inspection work is properly and effectively carried out.
4. 根据标准程序，检疫，识别并隔离不良产品；
Ensure that non-confirming product is appropriately quarantined, identified and segregated according to standard procedures.
5. 分析并评估检疫的产品，确保符合产品标准；
Analyze and evaluate quarantined product to determine disposition in accordance with product standards.
6. 记录测试和检查结果，并将结果输入到适当的数据库或电子数据表中；
Record testing and inspection results and input into appropriate database or spreadsheets.
7. 向运营和管理层报告测试结果和观察报告，确保工艺和产品标准。
Communicate test results and observations to operation and management to maintain process and product conformance.
8. 管理来料品质档案；
Responsible for management and control of incoming quality control files
9. 定期对IQC员工进行培训，提高IQC检验员的工作技能。
IQC staff training on a regular basis to improve IQC inspectors job skills
Qualifications:职位要求
? 专科以上学历，机械材料等工科专业
Junior college degree or above, technical background in machinery and, material’s etc.
? 一年以上IQC/实验室/仓管相关工作经验
Minimum one year working experience in IQC/lab/warehouse.
? 熟悉技术测试流程和IQC相关工作流程
Familiar with technical test process and IQC process
? 具备微软办公软件应用经验和知识
Experience and knowledge of MS office software
? 良好的沟通能力，独立，有上进心和责任心
Good communication ability ,independent, conscientious, continuous improvement mindset
? 具有良好的人际沟通技巧，团队合作精神
Good interpersonal skills and team work spirit
? 需具备叉车证
Fork lift license mandatory

Qualifications:职位要求
? 专科以上学历，机械材料等工科专业
