Position Purpose:
? Provide day-to-day first line IT applications (such as IFS ERP etc.) support to business end users as the IT Application Helpdesk
作为IT应用系统帮助前台，提供日常的一线IT应用系统（如IFS ERP系统等）支持给业务终端用户
? Manage and prioritize the jobs to the 2nd line support team
对需要二线团队支持的工作进行管理跟进并确定其优先顺序
? All applications (such as IFS ERP etc.) first line trouble shooting, problem-solving and support
所有IT应用系统（如IFS ERP系统等）的一线问题检测与排除、问题解决及支持
? Participate in application project implementation and support where needed
在需要时参与IT应用系统的项目实施与支持
Principal Accountabilities:
? Maintain the call centre of application hotline
维护IT应用系统热线呼叫中心
? First line support to users enquiries on application
对用户关于IT应用系统的咨询与问题提供一线支持
? Responsible to open, update and closing for each ticket
负责对用户的每一请求事件进行建立、更新及结案的操作
? Keep tracking the status of each task
跟进每一任务的进度及状态
? Redirect the service call to the corresponding team
将服务请求提交给恰当的对应团队进行跟进处理
? Assist in IT SOX Compliance Audit
协助IT SOX（萨班斯）合规审计
? User orientation training
负责用户入职培训
? Responsible to grant the access right for the account application
负责依照用户账号权限申请表对用户进行赋权
? Other projects participation and support

Qualifications:
? College or above graduate with Computer Science or related educational background
专科以上学历，计算机科学或相关教育背景
? 2 years or above application (including ERP etc.) support experience in MNC and manufacturing environment (IFS ERP experience is preferred)
2年或以上在跨国制造型企业的IT应用系统（包括ERP系统等）的支持工作经验（IFS ERP系统经验优先考虑）
? Adequate ERP Knowledge (IFS/SAP/Oracle etc.)
充分的ERP系统知识（IFS/SAP/Oracle等）
? Be familiar with MS Office applications such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/Project etc.
