Position Title AR Clerk 应收账款文员
Budgeted Department Name Finance 财务部
Reports To Title AR Associate 应收账款专员
Position Purpose职位设置目的
按照会计原则和程序，负责专业的会计和记账工作，维护应收账款记录。负责账目细节，公布财务数据，与分类账进行对账，准备相关财务报告。
Performs a variety of skilled accounting and bookkeeping duties within established accounting principles and procedures to maintain accounts receivable records. Maintains detail of accounts, posts and reconciles financial data to ledgers and prepares related financial reports.
Principal Accountabilities主要职责
Responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. 公布并输入来自加密存款的日常现金收据；
Posting and entering of daily cash receipts from lockbox deposits.
2. 负责系统日常批处理的对账和匹配；
Reconciliation and matching of daily batches processed in the system.
3. 维护现金申请，对账，退款以及支付缺额和超额；
Maintain cash application, account reconciliation, chargeback, and payment shortages and overages.
4. 协助进行每周客户信用审核/借账备忘录；
Assist with weekly processing of customer credit/debit memos.
5. 月度AR凭证的装订管理；
Bind and manage monthly AR vouchers.
6. 协助进行会计月结；
Assist with month end closing
7. ERP系统数据的录入和维护。
ERP data entry and maintenance.
Qualifications职位要求
？ 大专以上学历，财务或者审计类相关专业；
Junior college degree or above, majored in finance or audit or other related.
？ 一年以上制造业会计工作经验；
Minimum one year working experience of accounting in manufacturing industry.
？ 熟悉国家各项财经制度、会计准则；
Knowledge of national financial systems and accounting standards.
？ 熟练使用MS办公软件
Familiar with MS office software.
？ 有ERP相关经验
ERP experience is required.
？ 良好的团队精神和沟通能力，诚实守信，较强的工作责任感。
Good communication skills, team work spirit, honest, conscientious.
