Job Title：Production Manager

Department: Operation

Report to: Director

Subordinate: 3 supervisors

Location: Suzhou SIP

Job responsibility:

Improve the operational systems, processes and policies to achieve operation excellence;

Drive in-house quality, operational efficiency/ productivity, operational improvement, and lean activities;

Achieve schedule compliance, 100% delivery, customer return PPM and complaints.

Major Duties:

Represent site in the assigned product lines operational matters;

Develop and manage annual budget and manage monthly operation spending;

Drive day to day operation excellence discipline execution;

Lead in achievement of customer requirements, i.e. make decision for final product disposition, including decision to stop shipment and / or recall products not conforming to quality standards;

Lead the cross functional team to archive operation metrics;

Drive for productivity & costs improvement;

Participate and contribute in new product planning and implementation;

Launching new programs with low to medium complexity.

Requirements:

College above, minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in electronics industry, and minimum 3 years in managing multi-disciplinary workforce;

Able to manage production changes involving equipment, material, processes and people to meet business needs;

Familiar with use of 6 sigma tool: e.g. FMEA, SPC techniques and Problem Solving methods;

Strong in planning skill & ability to perform multi-tasking ;

Strong communication skills with customers (local and oversea), as well as with internal departments (local and oversea); Fluent in English – written and oral;

Able to manage multi-disciplinary team and extended team members.
