职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide technical engineering support for sales initiatives for fastening industrial products in China region to maximize market penetration within Truck, Rail, Automotive and other industrial markets.
2. Work closely with customers’ technical staff in functions, such as Engineering and Purchasing to impart a thorough understanding of their fastening challenges and partner with them to design and implement suitable solutions.
3. Provide technical education and training to China outside/inside sales team members and customers’ employees. Maintains close relationships with technology people in other global regions to establish and maintain robust technology networks.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering.
2. At least 7 years working experience.
3. Knowledge of mechanical fastening systems is beneficial.
4. Able to read, write in an effective manner and perform mathematical calculations.
5. English good.

1. 对紧固件产品在中国车辆、轨交、汽车及其他工业领域的销售活动提供技术支持；
2. 深入了解客户对紧固件产品技术方面的需求，解决客户的技术问题，如工程安装和采购等，为客户提供解决方案；
3. 为内部/外部销售及客户提供技术咨询及培训；
4. 与公司国际区的技术人员保持紧密联系，并建立和维持强大的技术网；
任职需求：
1. 本科及以上学历， 机械相关专业；
2. 至少7年以上相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉紧固件产品；
4. 熟悉数学计算，能快速读写相关内容；
5. 熟练使用电脑；
6. 英文良好；
