Senior Asset Manager－Logistics
Responsibilities:
Formulate asset management plans with the view of maximizing performance and enhancement of capital growth for the properties under his/her charge.
Be responsible for the net property income of these properties and may have to spend significant time on site to handle lease management and property management matters including customer relationship management, lease renewals, sourcing of new lettings and laison with various service providers and government officals.
Be business driven and be able to engage various stakeholders to grow and expand his/her portfolio under his/her charge including acquisitions and development of properties.
Be skillful in engaging his/her superiors, peers and subordinates and will be required to provide regular written reports to HQ and conduct tele-conference discussion with other colleagues in HK and Singapore.
Must prepare budget, forecast and analysis as well as recommendation for business development, leasing proposals and property management service improvement scheme.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in logistics park or related subjects.
Good in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Knowledge in PC & software operations skill.
Positive Thinking, Good Integrity, Team Spirit & Hard working.
6 - 8 years working experience with at least 4 years working for real estate developers or property management companies to perform both functions of logistics park management and property management in North China.
Willing to go for travelling within China or Overseas.
