Our Client is a leading real estate company, focusing strategically on the key growth centres of Asia. Their track record of building award-winning projects and generating consistent returns across various real estate classes are testament to our key strengths as a developer, investor and capital manager. As at 31 March 2012,Shehas an asset under management of S$19.9 billion worth of office, logistics, industrial, residential, retail and mixed-use properties across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
?Develop business strategies and evaluate business opportunities.
?Pursue potential investments in both development and asset acquisitions.
?Develop new business set-ups.
?Invest in real estate projects as well as structuring and negotiating deals.
Skill Requirements
?Bachelor Degree or above in Real Estate/Finance/Economics/Engineering or its equivalent.
?10+years’ working experience in investment firm or real-estate company, preferably with working experience in foreign Logistics or Industy investment company.
?Must have investment experience, e.g. in execution of investment deals.
?Proficiency in financial modeling for projects and acquisition of assets is essential.
?Regional investment exposure in the real estate markets & knowledge of industrial properties is an advantage.
?CFA, Strong command of written and verbal English and Mandarin.

?Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
