ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Reporting to:

Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

+ To develop, implement and follow up on an EHS program in order to ensure all operations, maintenance, administration and other related services and activities performed in a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly status

+ Be the effective leadership of all safety, health, and environmental initiative to drive results and culture of zero accidents

+ Responsible for the enforcement and implementation of the safety, health and environmental policies and procedures of the plant, the corporation and the government

+ Establish the SHE management system and the Safety System so that employees are injury free and have a level degree of consciousness about safety and environmental issues

+ Coordinates control of hazards to ensure hazard minimization and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

+ Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or environment engineering relative is preferred

+ At least 6 years working experience in EHS field, 2 years or above working experience in a managerial position, in foreign owned company, and in a manufacturing company

+ Familiar with Quality and EHS management system

+ Familiar with EHS related laws and regulations

+ Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and training/mentoring skills

+ Strong problem analysis and solving ability

+ Fluent Chinese Mandarin

+ Good command of both spoken and written English

+ Familiar with MS Office
