The client is a US industrial equipment provider.

Salary:

Shunde, Guangdong Province, China

Reporting to:

Sales & Marketing Director

Travelling:

It will depend on work requirements

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Be responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market
+ Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge
+ Develop an annual marketing plan. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives
+ Budget management and deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget
+ Direct sales staff where budgets are devolved
+ Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution
+ Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media
+ Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
+ Develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its execution
+ Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for product lines

Requirements:

+ Approximately 4 to 6 years of sales/marketing experience in industrial equipment
+ Experience with a company in a related company sector will be advantage: industrial ovens and washers
+ Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives
+ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
+ Prove ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
+ Working-knowledge level of English
