Reporting to:

Quality Manager

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Checking, evaluating and continuously optimizing 3D construction drafts or produced prototypes/samples
Close and reliable cooperation with our Product Design team, providing competent consultancy to our designers in terms of technical feasibility of requested product features
+ Instructing and monitoring the production site, including assurance of trouble-free execution of production orders as well as ongoing optimization of production processes
Gapless, thorough documentation of own audits

Requirements:

+ Degree in Technical Engineering, or similar qualification
+ Very high, technical understanding as well as several years of relevant professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Wood, plastic or metal craftsmanship, Injection molding of plastic and aluminum,Production and assembly of technical devices, Tool construction
+ Very good command of common 3D-CAD-Software (i.e. ProE, Rhinoceros, or similar) as well as good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
+ Quick grasp, strong commitment and result-oriented work attitude
+ Structured, independent and diligent working style combined with a high demand for quality
+ Self-confident, yet empathic personality with a high degree of assertiveness
+ Good communication skills as well as experience in working with Asian business partners and in Chinese sites
+ Fluent in English, both orally and in written
+ Willingness to travel irregularly within the region
