ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
An international Semiconductor manufacturing company, providing IC and memory for the industry of Automotive/ Consumer Electronic/ Computing.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China

Department Head

Responsibilities:
+ Conduct and coordinate new products introduce and new project transfer to production
+ A senior Manager/Director level position, report to a Senior Director, leading a team around 20 people
+ Provide technical support on existing package for customer engagement
+ Co-work with CFE/NPI/PE team on design optimization
+ Develop new package according to market trend and need
+ Drive improvement on existing package MSL capability and BOM
+ Maintain STD BOM and update design rule according to new capability established
+ Coordinate with process development team and drive process capability to maintain market competitiveness
+ Co-work with CFE/NPI/PE team on design optimization
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or above in Engineering/ Material Science/ Mechanical or related major
+ At least 8+ years working experience in the semiconductor industry, and 3 years’ experience in Manager Role, Minimum 5 years’ experience in Package development
+ Hands on working experience in the IC assembly project
+ With related experience in the USB/ Memory is preferred
+ Solid project management experience, capable in manage a technical team
+ Solid experience in Package Process
+ In depth knowledge of IC manufacturing processes and Packaging
+ Highly-developed interpersonal and people management/development skills
+ Well verse with machine operation & tooling design function
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
