POSITION 职位: Sales Executive

DIVISION 业务部门: Flavours

JOB PURPOSE 设置本岗位的目的
Develop new business with Fragmented customers in Central China territories, and implement the sales activities cross functional team to achieve the objective of sales

POSITION REPORTS TO: 直接主管 Sales Head

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 主要工作职责

- Initiate and execute business plan to develop and penetrate target customers and key accounts in order to achieve sales objectives

- Developing and building strong relationship with new and assigned customers through proactive business activities with appropriate distributor

- Work closely with internal departments to qualify and develop new products and win new product briefs.

- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through delivering customer’s expectation, such as on time order fulfilment, quality management, new product innovation and cost optimization, etc.

JOB RELATIONSHIP 联系部门

Internal : Creation, Application, Production, Marketing, Sales Admin
External: Distributors and End Customers

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 资质与经验

- Responsible, independent, proactive, aggressive and team player
- Bachelor degree with food science related major
- Above 3 years sales experience in food /ingredient/additives industry, either in technical or commercial field
- Excellent communication skills and professional sales skills
- Good command of English, skilful in using MS office
