Key responsibility:

1. Doing and supporting monthly closing

1) Check T&B and Financial statement to make sure any outstanding items have been cleared before closing;

2) Intercompany AP & AR reconciliation in the month end to make sure closing step completed on time for some legal entities.

3) Check TB, B/S, P/L report month end closing for some legal entities, make sure all Closing steps completed on time according to Global closing schedule.

4) Help GL Accountant to monitor Prepaid/Amortize/Accrual status when posting entries. Make sure correct Accounting Booking.

5) Completed monthly B/S reconciliation. Identify the aged items and clear them in a timely manner.

2. Capital spending management

1) Worked as a leader for new project application especially for the project financial analysis and feasibility study;

2) Review monthly capital spending with operation and identify the assets which have been placed into service;

3) Submit the capital settlement form and make sure all assets can be settled in a timely manner;

4) Control the budget and prepare the monthly capital spending report.

3. Preparing financial and business related reports

1) Prepare weekly Sales Order Backlog Report and Weekly Revenue Estimate.

2) Prepare monthly business report including Margin Report, CPSH, Business KPI and analysis reports and rolling estimate report.

3) Working with Shared service center to analyze and clear Aged items to make sure B/S reasonable.

4) Prepare the legal entity External Audit and Internal Audit related documentations and reports

4. Tax Coordination

1) Help GL to declare Monthly Tax reports the legal entity

2) Print each VAT Invoices billed to customer and Credit VAT invoice application in Tax Bureau

3) Coordinate Export Tax Rebate Declaration

5. Other government Reporting

1) SAFE On-Line Registration & Handle other applications

2) Monthly Statistics Reporting

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or master degree and major in accounting, finance

2. With 5+ years of working experience in Finance;

3. Strong knowledge in accounting especially in Revenue booking rules for machining business as well as service business; Intercompany AR /AP concept.

4. With good IT skills in using SAP or other large ERP system is a must;

5. Proven track record in performance and professional level;

6. Active attitude

7. Good team work and team-player
