职位描述
Location: 重庆
Responsibilities:
Low cost country Sourcing:
Analysis the current commodity group, making decision of local sourcing & making the plan of low cost country sourcing strategies.
Identifying potential suppliers, carrying out related certification and assessment on them and forming the China local supplier list.
Updating the supplier list by renewing the suppliers, the supplying capability, delivery, cost, and cooperating with the product engineering teams to evaluate the technical capabilities.
Project Purchasing:
Along with some investment or NPI projects in SFH, focusing on the periodically project purchasing, including raw material, service, equipments and related things.
Commodity Management:
Work together with the IPO team, continuously increasing the low cost country supplying rate, ensuring the requirements on capacity, cost, quality and delivery.
Carrying out the local commodity strategy and Provide regional support to concerned IPO Commodity Manager regarding supplier relation management, market screening, supplier development, negotiation, problem solving, escalation…
Support the IPO teams in China plants with a centralized commodity strategy and some professional suggestions.
MRO purchasing.
Supplier Quality Management:
Carrying out the initial supplier quality audit, certifying related suppliers.
Daily supplier performance management and related improvements, trouble shooting and so on.
Providing supports to the Quality Department for the claim issue and so on.
Providing guidance and improvements activities to suppliers.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above, with direct purchasing management experience in powertrain or automotive industry, holding a managerial position for at least 3 years.
Solid experience in managing the entire quality function of automotive industry, familiar with APQP, IS014000/VDA6.1/QS9000, with solid experience in purchasing related continuous improvements in automotive industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially communications skills (oral and written), the ability to influence the behavior of peers and others outside the direct reporting line.
Project Management skills and experience.
Ability to read and write English fluently. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Must be willing to travel and to relocate if needed.
Capable of providing support as requested by supervisor.
