职位描述
Location: 重庆
Responsibilities:
Q&EH Systems establishment and maintenance, organizing internal audit and coordinate external audit, conducting internal quality awareness training and arranging internal quality knowledge training.
Responsible for manufacturing process quality control, such as assembly quality control, machining quality control, conducting SPC, as Cpk.
Responsible for Zero hours Quality control defining action plan and organizing related activity in Customer Plant (coordinating the Resident Engineer).
Responsible for direct materials (components) incoming inspection control, establishing the A\B\C types components inspection standards, charge back to suppliers for quality lost happened.
Responsible for laboratory management, such as measurement equipments management, maintenance and calibration, cleaning test for cylinder heads, cylinder blocks, and other needed components.
Responsible for warranty quality control, analyze returned failure parts or engines, data management.
Responsible for continuous quality improvement.
Responsible for warranty contract definition with Customers.
Respond to all customer requests courteously and professionally, in a timely and responsive manner.
Lead related department defining KPI, deploying targets and monitoring the action plan.
Keep the GM continually informed, and utilize the department Managers to assist in answering customer questions and problems when necessary.
Document detailed, complete and legible descriptions of all activities defined and leaded, using required all forms and procedures.
Maintain company and product confidentiality.
Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance at all times, meeting all Company standards for professional appearance.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity with dealers, customers, management, and co-workers.
Attend and participate in all meetings, trainings, and activities as required.
Requirements:
Degree in mechanical / aeronautical engineering
10 years working experience, 2-4 years of hands-on experience is required working on diesel engines. Industrial and marine application. Engine experience is a strong plus.
A minimum of 3 years of people management is required.
Must demonstrate technical knowledge of gas and diesel engines, and auxiliary support equipment.
Must demonstrate troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Must know the APQP processes and quality tools for problem solving (5W, fishbone, 8D report,etc).
Must be able to communicate in English effectively verbally and in writing.
Must be able to follow Company procedures and standard operating procedures.
Must be honest, reliable, and dependable, and have a positive attitude.
Must be able to work well under occasional pressure or within deadlines.
