Job Description：职位描述：
1. To determine the most effective & efficient Route to Market strategy for Munchy's product in South- which distributor ,which accounts we go directly , etc 确定为公司在华南地区经销商及卖场制定最有效的市场战略；
2. Commercial Policy - to determine the best way to control& manage the final consumer price of our products and % of price difference. 管控终端价格及价格的差异范围；
3. Work closely with the distributors to list in our products, address trade concerns/ objections based on the agreed product mix . 与经销商配合产品进店，根据产品组合洽谈行销条款、目标等；
4. Work with the distributor on Yearly Business Development Plans including trading terms, promotion plans for the Key Accounts . 与经销商一起制定全年的业务发展计划，涵盖重点客户行销条款，促销计划等；
5. Be the point of contact for the key distributors . Liase with all parties concerned ie ISM team, Customer Service, Logistic, Marketing , etc 作为重点经销商与公司沟通桥梁，协调公司客服，物流、市场等相关部门；
6. Work closely with Marketing team to develop new products for the specific channel/ distributors 与市场部配合，为特殊渠道或客户提供不同需求的产品；
7.Work with Trade Marketing to develop the right Point of Sales to build Munchy's in store presence 与行销推广配合制定门店策略。
Requirement: 职位要求：
To be based in Shenzhen. Able to read & write in English. 工作地点：深圳，具备英文读写能力；
Dynamic sales personnel with minimum 5-6 years sales experience in sales . Priority in National Key Account Management managing Key Accounts chain. (Ideal is at least 8-10 years). Having trade marketing experience is an added advantage. Other skills good to have : distributor management .至少5年以上销售工作经验，有全国重点客户卖场管理经验、行销推广经验优先， 其他需要具备的能力还包括：经销商管理；
Preferable with foreign food brands experience in FMCG . 进口食品销售经验优先。
