1、具有国际市场拓展经验，能正确理解并落实客户需求，可独立接单；

2、维护公司与客户之间的良好关系，能独立处理突发事件；良好的维护老客户、积极开发新客户；

3、能够根据客户需求，保持定期向客户推荐产品，与研发及供应链部门合作，开发客户潜在品类及需求，增加客户粘性；

4、负责进行主要产品的样品打样确认工作（跟踪样品制作、品质、包装确认、价格核对、制作报价单等）；

5、负责处理整个订单流程（订单确认、细节传达、跟踪落实等），解决订单流程中出现的各种问题及验货测试相关事宜，直到顺利出货；

6、能够与团队协作，与公司各部门维持良好沟通；

7、一年两次参加广交会，展会前做好准备，展会期间高效接待客户；

任职条件：

1、大学本科及以上学历，商务英语、国际贸易相关专业，熟悉外贸相关流程，熟练运用工作软件；

2、大学英语6级或专业4级以上、能精准地做书面表达，口语要求能熟练地跟外商交流；

3、具备良好的沟通能力，思维清晰、反应敏捷，具有开拓精神，抗压能力强，注重工作细节；

4、对纺织品有一定程度了解，之前有相关行业经验者；

5、年龄不限，工作能力突出者优先；

Shanghai Hema has professional P&D and Sales team working in Shanghai office with 800 square meter showroom. Under our company, there are 2 affiliated factories in Shandong Province with more than 300 skilled employees and 20,000 square meter production areas. The first factory is located in Linyi city, especially good at producing home textiles and decorative accessories. A new factory is established in Weifang in 2017, they mainly produce deco furniture.
