职位描述
Primary Responsibilities include:
- build strong partnership with line management by proactively identifying
HR challenges
- implement and ensure adherence to Colfax HR policies and procedures
- recruiting, interviewing and effective onboarding of new hires
- lead the staffing and training initiatives for all associates in dedicated
countries
- collaboration with external payroll supplier
- responsible for Talent Management Processes incl. yearly appraisals,
development initiatives and safeguarding sustainable training activities
-maintain the Employee Handbooks
- identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations
affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and
reporting are in compliance
- dealing with outside suppliers to provide employee and other miscellaneous
services, such as company van, working meal, security guards etc.
- handling the yearly salary review
- leading HR projects
Required skills
A qualified candidate will have:
- Relevant Bachelor degree
- At least 5 years of experience from a similar position as HR partner with track record of
delivery
- Experience from an international organization is a must, ideally from an US organization
- Fluent in English verbally and in writing
- Profound knowledge in Chinese labor rules and regulation
- Computer skills with a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- strong relationship builder who likes the challenge of being the member of a
networked and complex matrix organization
- ability to establish high level of trust and credibility, both internally and externally
- strong communicator both to managers and employees
- self-starter who likes to take the lead and drive processes
- strive for creating results and manage to set priorities
- flexible and open mindset for new challenges
- ambitious to grow position together with the growth of the company
