Manage all safety related programs and activities in the plant to ensure continuous compliance with safety, environment and health requirements defined by government and company can be achieved. Responsible for developing and monitoring the implementation of plant safety procedures. With the help of good safety procedures and programs, act as watchful eyes to uncover and correct any unsafe behaviors of employees and contractors' workers to prevent such behavior from causing unsafe consequence to the plant. The engineer will be the key person responsible for implementing sound safety program such as STOP, Responsible Care, etc., and offering valuable inputs for PHA and equipment safety improvement as an important participant when conducting such work. He is also responsible for offering various safety related training to people working in the plant.

Requirements:

1.Safety, environmental protection or chemical degree;

2.Experienced in safety and environmental protection or chemical operation with over 5 years of working experience

3.Familiar with safety regulations and codes for chemical production;

4.Good coach in safety and facilitator with good communication skill for safety resolutions;

5.Bilingual communication capability.
