Major Responsibilities:

-Daily purchase order fulfillment.

-Sustain on time delivery and quality acceptance.

-Handle with all MRO purchase operation and assist Specialist in coordinating with all engineering teams and other cross function teams.

-Participate in suppliers sourcing & relationship management activities in line with strategies & policies.

-Handle with all logistics operation and assist Specialist in coordinating with all engineering teams and other cross function teams.

-Act as secondary contact with local logistics service agency and PRC customs for coordinating any equipment import or goods export affairs.

-Participate and support in contract negotiation process with suppliers.

-Perform the tasks that Specialist assigned.

Key Competencies:

-Bachelor degree with good English communication skills.

-2 years related working experience

-Good negotiation skills.

-Some procurement experience in foreign invested company and have the capacity to shape the purchase function.

-Some knowledge on the regulations of PRC customs, practical experience is an advantage.

-QAD experience is preferred.

-Team player, sense of responsibility and highly motivated.
