Major Responsibilities:

-Searching, screening, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates for assigned job positions

-Coordinating candidates selection & hiring decision making process;

-Negotiating and processing new employee offer

-Providing assigned recruiting and staffing reports

-Coordinating personal requisition approval process

-Working on assigned staffing programs and projects

-Conducting exit interview

-Providing assigned HR reports

-Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent know how on recruiting and staffing

-Be active and a good team player

-Independent working capability and highly responsible

-Strong capability to handle multi-tasks at one time and can work under the pressure

-Excellent working knowledge of PC software such as MS word, Powerpoint and Excel.

-Good English skills both in spoken and written

Education and Experience:

Educational: Bachelor's degree, majoring in Human Resource, English, Psychology or related discipline

Experience: Above 3 years working experience in HR related function with 2 years solid recruiting experience in multinational companies, automotive industry experience is a plus
