Overall Purpose of Job:

The Cashier (Engineering) is a part of the Finance Department. The prime role of the Accountant (Engineering) is to be responsible for all financial issues within the Tech. Center.

Major Responsibilities:

?Prepare checks and remittance forms for signatures

? Check supporting documentations for payment Authorization forms and expense reports and arrange payments and reimbursements

? Prepare cash reports, chop & check log, and petty cash reconciliation worksheet,/Support Manager to prepare cash flow forecast & analysis.

? Responsible for service agreement register and communicate with SAFE, tax bureau, banks for local and oversea payments .

? Assist travelers with policy issues, preparing expense reports and payment questions

? Liaison with Foreign Exchange bureau for import Equipments/samples

Key Competencies:

Educational: College above

Experience: At least 1 year accounting experience in a foreign invested enterprise.
