Major Responsibilities:

-Leading projects according Six Sigma / DFSS methodology

-Planning and tracking continuous improvement projects with the management

-Supporting DFSS and DMAIC projects and activities as well as facilitating workshops (ETA, TRIZ etc.)

-Coaching / mentoring and training of Engineering employees in methods and tools

-Leading problem solving activities

-Coaching / mentoring Green Belts to the point of Black Belt certification

-Coaching / mentoring and training of the global Continuous Improvement Group

Education and Experience:

-Masters degree (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering or similar)

-Good proficiency in Minitab, Excel, Word, Project + Power Point

-Outstanding proficiency in English language

-Ability of analytical thinking, a sense for working with measures and statistics

-Ability to present and facilitate teams

-Confident appearance/conduct – in local and global teams

-Willingness to travel

-2 – 5 years experience in Six-Sigma/Lean
