1、 岗位职责描述
1） 负责与天津工厂生产。
2） 负责天津仓库、工厂的日常安排。
3） 负责天津生产的货物达到要求，并确保计划产能科学合理。
4） 负责协调处理天津的突发状况

2、人员要求
1）有3年以上生产管理工作经验
2）熟悉海业务流程的各个环节
3）沟通及表达能力强，做事有计划性且积极主动
4）细心，责任心强，有团队合作精神
5）遇事沉着冷静，有分析问题，解决问题的思路
6）持驾照并能熟练驾驶
