职位描述
Our client is a famous wholly foreign-owned company in machinery industry.
Job Duty:
· Assistant to establish C&B strategy and guidelines applicable for all BUs.· Review Company’s reward strategy, C&B competitiveness and internal salary structure. Propose changes or enhancement on C&B offerings and propose merit increase rate for the year.· Implement and drive annual performance review, bonus allocation and individual salary review by specifying guidelines and schedules and monitor implementation.· Ensure HR information, policies and processes are available, accurate and timely. Make sure it is well understood and implemented in Bus.· Handle staffing issues, e.g. job transfer, employee relations, termination cases, on board & exit management etc.· Supervise and provide the support of Expats management, including working permit and resident permit, etc.· Develop the adequate HR operation methodologies and approaches to achieve HR department objectives.· Support the process optimization and cultural change activities.· Support annual salary survey organized by external survey data house.· Provide regular HR information and reports regarding headcount, labor contract, turnover, time account and other issues.· Supervise and support to issue newspaper and activities information.· Lead and manage HR Employee Service team to make HR processes and policies run effectively and smoothly.· Evaluate and build HR employee service team by means of a qualification matrix and good training programs to further improve capabilities of the team members.· Implement applicable HR methods and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of HR service team.
Educational Background
At least Bachelor university degree.
Professional Knowledge and Experiences
· 5+ years of HR experience in different modules.
· 2 years of Management experience preferred.
· 3 years working experience in MNC or WFOE manufacturing company.
· Good knowledge of labor or employment law
· Sound analytical ability.· Fluent Mandarin.
· Good command of spoken & written English.
· MS Office.· HR software tools.
