Our client is a famous Fortune 500 US owned enterprise in electronics industry.

Position Title:Assembly Engineer

Overview:
·Focus on Process Launch to Production, maintaining the process and equipment and processes continuous improvement for cost down in assembly department.

Responsibilities
·Responsible for the safe launch of the assembly processes into production from the global product/process design sites.
·Focus on continuous processes improvement for the scrap reduction and efficiency increase
·Provide operator proficiency training and develop technicians
·Solve the mechanical or electrical problems from technicians
·Insure safety standards and safe guards of new machines or machines transferred are in place to protect employees
·Work out PFAME to ensure assembly manufacturing process is fail-safe
·Work out WI to guide operators and technicians.
·Work with QE to solve Customer Complaints and improve processes to satisfy customer

Qualifications:
·Bachelor or above in Automation, Mechanical and Electronic engineering.
·3+ years working experience in relevant manufacturing environment.
·High skills in mechanical or electrical problems solving.
·English speaking and reading and writing well.
·Familiar with design tools such as Pro-E, AutoCAD.
·Preferred experience in Vision Inspection, PLC, Sensors, Motors and other motion control devices.
