1.0 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

a. Work with forwarder and broker for Import/Export of products and tools
b. Apply for import duty free Logbook and close the Logbook in compliance with government regulations
c. Work with planning/procurement/warehouse to control Logbook in compliance with government regulations
d. Work with planning/warehouse/Finance to make shipment in compliance with related procedures
e. Handle inland forwarding for domestic procurement and other purpose
f. Work with third party warehousing/logistics vendor to confirm delivery of PO
g. Be familiar with government regulations on import/export and make sure company is in compliance
h. Miscellaneous job related to import/export
i. Others assigned by Facility manager.

2.0 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
? At least 1 year hands-on experience of handling import/export
? Good understanding of China regulations on import/export ie. tax, logbook, etc.
? Technical degree holder is preferred
? English reading, writing, speaking is required
