1.0 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

a. Run MRP and planning daily. Release production order / job order and purchase request. Generate daily production schedule according to the system.

b. Contact with relative teams to continuously improve on-time delivery.

c. Work with Operations Manager on the inventory control, safety stock set up and excess or obsolete stock handling. Maintain Pull system.

d. Receiving and reviewing the Stock Transfer Order to confirm with intercompany STO initiator.

e. Coordinating and processing the Stock Transfer Order internally.

f. Work with production and warehouse and quality for goods receipt, goods issue, shipping operation.

g. Maintain the system date of Customer Order, PR, PO and Production Order to assure the SAP well running.

h. Clear MRP exceptional messages in a daily basis.

i. Work with purchaser to maintain the proper lead time, etc info in SAP which influence the MRP running.

j. Maintain accurate records in accordance with policy and procedures.

2.0 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Bachelor degree or above and major in engineering or related.

· 2 years planning or material functional working experience in a multinational manufacturing company.

· 2 years working experience in SAP or other ERP system is a must.

· Good knowledge in MRP elements and processes.

· Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and operation processes.

· Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement process.

· Good communication skills both in Chinese and in English.

· Good data collection and analytical capability.
