1. Summary of Basic Job Function:

Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement all equipments, instruments, meters and tooling in the production line to ensure the manufacturing running well.

2. Main Job Authority:

1. Have the right to modify the equipment program document.
2. Have the right to make reasonable adjustments to the usage of production equipments.
3. Have the right to stop the non-standard use to equipments.
4. Have the right to get relevant consultant and necessary training.
5. Have the right to propose the modification to equipment instruction.

3. Main Job Responsible:
1. Maintain all the equipment, instruments, meters and fixture in production line and ensure the manufacturing in good running.
2. Establish and improve the equipment archives and implement the TMP equipment management.
3. Make backup for equipment application software.
4. Propose purchasing planning for parts and components made of fragile equipment.
5. Accept, install and debug new instruments and equipments. Make equipment TPM state report after equipment trial run.
6. Make the manufacturing fixtures, equipment improvement and prepare the data.
7. Other non-production equipment maintenance.
8. Control the environment factors according to the corporation PD requirements.
4. Qualification and Requirements:

1. Ability to analyze and problem-solving skill.
2. Good Communication skill both in English and Chinese.
3. Bachelor Degree and major in Automatic, at lease 5years relevant work experience. Excellent in Equipment Management.
4. Team work Spirit.
5. Operation skill in computer..

5. Relationship :

1. Belong to ENG and report to Engineering Manager
2. Manage the Equipment Engineer and Equipment Technician
