职位描述

Major Accountabilities

SFE Accountabilities:
Planning
-Leading SFE Department in SFE System, Data Maintenance, Data Analysis, Sales Incentive Plan, communication with Sales& Marketing teams, coach associates on analytical capability and skills etc.
- Participate and lead various Sales force SFE project, proactively track and monitor the implemen-tation of SFE projects(e.g. High value call project, Territory alignment project etc.)
-Central coordinate in business process (sales force, marketing, finance, commercial etc.)
Performance analysis
-Design and maintain relevant and effective reporting system to delivery required reports (e.g. sales, productivity, DMS principle, SFE monthly report, Star Club, and other identified performance metric)
-Be responsible for monitoring and reporting SFE KPIs, analyze reports to identify issues and areas for improvement
Resource allocation
-Control and construe sales force training budget.
-Work with sales and marketing groups to carry out ongoing evaluation of sales force excellence (e.g. key brand, key message and promotional material effectiveness)
-Training and education sales force in SFE benefit realization

Sales Training Accountabilities:
Field Force training management
-Control and construe sales force training budget.
-Plan and execute the yearly training plan and enhance implementation of sales strategy excellence
-Responsible for the semester plan of action process and execution.
-Move training division from function-oriented to sales-force-oriented.

Sales Capabilities
-Accountable for the development and implementation of sales force training programs.
-Identifies training needs and design, develop or selects training programs to continually improve the standards and performance of the sales force.
-Serves as champion for the evolution of the sales force and sales coaching tools.
-According to sales force’s competency module and appraisal, analysis and solution providing to management.


Background

Education : -Bachelor/ Master degree in medical, pharmacy or MBA
Experience:
- Must have a proven operational experience in sales and sales force management (preferably in pharma) or SFE related role in FMCG or large field force based industry or experience in IMS or pharma consulting on field force optimization projects.
- Marketing or Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- At least minimum 5 years experience in a sales training position preferred
- An ability to influence or inspire sales team to buy-in new concept and behavior change
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships
- Good ability of business analysis and training skills
- Good skill in operating Microsoft office(Excel, PPT, etc)
Languages:Fluency in English reading, writing and spoken
