Location: 福建 福清

Responsibilities:
合同签署于上海 社保缴纳地上海或福清
Site coordination of on-site staff and activities
Scheduling for onsite topics
Adapting of the risk assessment of working place-related hazards
Instruct on-site staff on health, safety and environment protection
Organize and monitoring safety instructions
Perform of OPL (Open Point List), generate OPL's
Conduct of daily site walk-downs (safety & quality)
Budget responsibility for the site activities
Organization and guiding of site visits and meetings
Responsible for the equipment’ goods and office facilities
Perform Open Package Inspections and collect Package Inspection Report (OPIR)
Coordinate quality control activities
Perform dimensional checks against design documents
Generate NCR’s in coordination with QA department
Generate Design change Notes where applicable
Ensure that as-built status is red-marked in design documents

Requirements:
University/college studies in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent
At least five years working experience in complex projects, preferably in Power Plants application
On site experience, Good interpersonal skills
Experience in turnkey projects and on site work
Very good knowledge of the Chinese and English language
Negotiation of technical and formal/contractual aspects on site with customer and external companies
