Major Responsibilities:

· Communicates with product line Directors/Chief Engineers to work out annual headcount plan and review actual

demands by month and coordinate headcount requisition approval process;

· Responsible for candidates selection and the whole recruiting process to meet annual hiring plan;

· Take in charge of employee exit management for product line, including exit interview, analysis and report;

· Partnered with line managers to ensure promotion and internal transfer process were managed consistently

and in line with business need;

· Support HR manager to implement merit increase, annual employee performance & development plan (EPDP) , key

staff identification and retention for product line;

· Support line manager and HR manager to identify staff training needs in terms of business strategy and

engineer skill set development, and support training manager to coordinate training implementation if needed;

· Organize employee Mini-ECI and follow up improvement action plan for product line;

· Providing assigned recruiting and staffing reports;

· Providing other HR consultancy to product line Management team and staff;

· Working on other assigned HR programs and projects

Key Competencies:

· Bachelor's degree or above;

· Above 5 years working experience in HR function with 2 years HR generalist experience in multinational companies, automotive industry experience is a plus;

· Be proactive and a good team player;

· Independent working capability and highly responsible;

· Strong capability to handle multi-tasks at one time and can work under the pressure;

· Good working knowledge of PC software such as MS word, Powerpoint and Excel;

· Good English skills both in spoken and written.
