职位描述
维修技术员的工作职责是保证全厂设备维护良好，按预期希望正常运行；为实现该目标，维修技术员应对设备进行日常巡检、及时处理紧急的维修任务、按照计划完成大修任务，确保所有维修工作达到质量要求。设法与生产人员及承包商之间建立良好的沟通渠道，保持较好的合作关系。需具备深层次的设备及设备维护知识，不仅进行设备维护还需考虑并向工程师建议如何提高设备稳定性。协助工程师对设备故障原因进行分析，找出故障原因，提出解决办法。培训技工，使其尽快掌握工厂设备维修技能。
