工作范围
JOB SCOPE (State briefly purpose and scope of the position)
- Process Engineer will work with overseas Customers for new product development and manufacturability of products in China
based factories. Internal production processes will be developed to ensure the Quality of all products and maintain the cost
standards.
工艺工程师将与海外顾客一起，负责新产品开发和中国工厂产品的制造生产。开发国内生产流程，确保所有产品的质量，维持预计的成本标准
。
工作职责
JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
- Process Control and Efficiency Improvement responsibilities include Quality troubleshooting and improvement
- 控制流程，提高效率，包括处理质量问题并提高质量。
- Process capability testing and validation, Reduction of Process variation, Bill of Material creation and support,
- 测试并确认加工能力，减少制程变异，提出并支持物料清单。
- Implement and drive Product Cost Savings initiatives
- 推动节约生产成本，并付诸实施。
- Data Analysis, Daily Production Measurement, writing of Standard Operation Procedures
- 数据分析，日常产品测试，填写标准操作流程。
- Perform Process and Product audits
- 负责流程和产品审核
- Point of contact for communication between both internal and external customers
- 与国内外客户沟通
- Lead and facilitate Best Practice Teams
- 带领团队，促进团队进步
- Utilize implementation plans to drive and report on project status
- 按计划推动并报告项目进程。
- Additional duties and responsibilities as outlined by the Department Manager

- University Engineering degree
- 本科学历，工程相关专业
- AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook, Solid Statistics background
- 具备AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook背景和统计知识
- 1-2 years of Manufacturing based Engineering
- 1-2年在制造业工程部门的工作经验
- English communication skills – writing and speaking
- 良好的英语口语和写作能力
- Familiar with Data Analysis, CAD, Statistics SPC
- 熟悉数据分析，CAD，统计过程控制
- Excellent analytical skill on production and engineering trouble shooting
