JOB SCOPE
-Preparation for and implementation of new processes, new equipment, production technologies and new product technologies and designs for relevant processes.
新工艺流程,新设备,生产工艺和新产品工艺的具体准备和实施,以及相关工艺的设计工作.
-Work on continuous optimization of processes with respect to quality, technology, productivity, cost and environmental impact.
持续优化关于质量，技术，生产效率，成本及环境影响的工艺流程。
-Continuously improvement in terms of technology, quality and costs to the processes and support the achievement of company and department targets. Continuous consultation with Engineering Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting)
持续改进技术，质量和成本方面的工艺流程并协助完成公司和部门目标。和工程经理保持沟通部门内部相关工作（包括各自报告）
工作职责
JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
-Communication with internal and external suppliers.
与国内外供应商沟通交流。
-Continuously work with suppliers and customer on further technology developments
为促进技术发展与供应商和客户保持沟通
-Lead projects for process improvement, capability studies, parameter improvement and other topics
指导工艺工程的改进，性能分析，参数改进及其他事宜。
-Ensure technological development.
确保工艺技术的改进。
-Implementation of relevant norms and standards.
执行相关的规范和标准。
-Support process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources and materials efficiently.
支持工艺流程的相关的程序步骤,实现充分利用现有资源,提高原材料的利用率。
-Responsible for installation of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analyses; put into operation, support qualification and implementation in production)
负责新设备安装（起草设备说明书，进行评估和技术分析；运用操作中，维护生产中鉴定和执行）
-Lead Key projects related to the processes and ensure projects are on schedule.
Work in accordance with company quality system. Use templates and databases for documentation.
指导主要项目的相关工艺流程并确保工程如期完成。依照公司质量管理体系。运用模板文件和数据库存档。
-Ensure process standardization
确保工艺流程标准化。
-Support production departments in problems solving of key quality and process issues.
帮助生产部门解决质量和工艺流程中出现的关键问题。
-Authority to give technical orders to all subordinates at the position of project leader.
向所有属下的工程经理优化提供技术说明。

QUALIFICATIONS (List minimum qualifications for job, education, experience, other).
-Completion of higher technical college (preferably with specialization in electronic, mechanical or related)
专科学历（电子、机械或相关专业优先）
-Experience in related industry and strong knowledge of related processes.

-Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and planning of experiments required.

One of the projects we are working in Weihai now is long term management outsourcing for a US Fortune 500 company Greenfield startup forecasted to put into production end of 2013 with a total land space of 100,000 square meters. We are now seeking to hire approximately 100 management and professional staff covering the varied disciplines of production, engineering, quality, purchasing, material, logistics, finance, HR, EHS, facilities, and administration. We also look to hire approximately 1,100 production staff and workers. Upon completion, this plant will be the largest manufacturing base of the industry.
