工作职责
JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
1.Balance the capacity utilization, efficiency and production lead time through prioritization.
保持产能利用率平衡，优化提高产品交付周期的效率。
2.Run MRP to create resources proposal like material purchase proposal and manufacturing order proposal, analyze the proposal with solving the exception case before.
运用MRP创建资源设计方案，例如原材料采购方案和制造订单方案，具备分析解决异常 情况经验。
3.Release MRP report to purchaser, keep communication with purchaser for the material availability (exception delay, reschedule, expedition)
向买方发布MRP报告，与买方沟通原材料可用性（异常延迟，安排考察）
4.Generate production schedule (weekly, monthly), rolling update with confirmed capacity and material release to production department.
生成生产时间计划表（周刊/月刊），向生产部门及时更新所确认的生产力和原材料情况。
5.Keep close control of production schedule execution, coordinate to ensure the fix exceptional issue which impact production progress in time and in priority.
紧密跟踪控制生产计划执行，保证及时优先解决生产进程中所造成的异常情况。
6.Closely interact with the co-workers in related functions like Production, Engineering, Customer service, Purchase, quality to secure the resource to fulfill the production schedule
与生产、工程、客户服务、采购、资源质量安全相关职责部门同事保持紧密联系已保完成生产时间计划报表。
7.Keep tracking of production efficiency, productivity and manufacturing order on time rate.
跟踪生产效率，生产力和生产秩序的及时率。
8.Organize meeting for routine review of production plan execution and exceptional case which may stop the production.
组织安排日常会议关于生产执行计划审查和生产停滞造成异常情况。
9.Other assignment from the superior.
完成领导安排的其他工作。

QUALIFICATIONS (List minimum qualifications for job, education, experience, other).
1.Major in Engineering, basic knowledge/experience of assembly ,process and machinery;
工程专业，具备装配、加工和机械设备基本知识或经验；
2.Capability to balance the capacity utilization, material availability in high efficiency and quick response to Customer demand;
具备平衡产能利用率，原材料高利用率并能较快处理客户要求。
3.Good communication with different functions (production/engineering, purchaser, customer service, quality) so as to secure the resources for production execution;
与各职能部门保持良好的沟通（生产/工程，采购，客户服务，质量）以确保生产执行资源；
4.Good at data analysis, alert and coordinate to improve delivery on time, efficiency /productivity, lower WIP level;
擅长数据分析，调整改进按时交付及时，效率，生产率以及低WIP水平；
5.More than 3 years Experience on production planning (Prefer mechanical parts making / assembly) in foreign invested company;
在外企具备3年或以上生产计划经验（喜欢机械部件制造/装配行业）；
6.Strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, Positive, Integrity.
具备目标明确，有积极性，热情，正直的个性。
